Riellis Center Hotel - Botucatu

I had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel! The staff, especially Carina and Mariane, were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety-fruits, breads, and cheeses! Plus, the location is perfect-right in the heart of downtown, close to shops and a gas station. Our room was spacious and very clean, which added to our comfort.

There were a couple of downsides. The sound insulation wasn’t great, so we could hear people in the hallway and kitchen, which was annoying at times. The A/C also had issues; it only worked when we were inside, so we returned to a hot room after being out. it was a nice stay, but some improvements could be made!

I had a great stay at Riellis Center with a delicious breakfast and clean, spacious rooms. the sound insulation was poor, and our A/C was tricky to manage. I'd definitely recommend this place!

The hotel we stayed at was conveniently located, with spacious and well, designed rooms and lovely decor in the breakfast area. the staff was well, mannered, helpful, and inclusive of valet parking services, which was a plus. the hotel offered secure parking area, and the rooms were well, prepared with good temperature.

The most annoying factor was that there were no reading lights available. there was only one bedside table, and the master light switch was only located at the entrance door.

We spent an amazing Christmas holiday at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering valet parking and a fantastic breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to key landmarks and attractions in the area. One of the best aspects of our stay was the cleanliness of the hotel, which really exceeded our expectations.
